Where is your studio located? 1901 10th St Wichita Falls, TX. 76308 but i also do some traveling services. 

First appointment: What you should bring with you

Ideally, you should come wearing athletic and comfortable clothing.  You should remember to get a prescription from your doctor approving participation in fitness and/or Massage Therapy.

Does your Health Insurance cover Payment of costs: We are happy to assist you

At the present moment health Insurance does not cover cost, but it in the works to be a payment method in the future. 

Therapy sessions: Coordinated with your schedule

Appointments can be scheduled by calling about a week in advance of the potential date for service.
